YOU GO ZOE

“Hattie Jane’s is... my life. I don’t know where I’d be without this company. Truly my passion & dream life “.

In light of her new promotion, we are shining the spotlight on our new Multi Shop Manager who started as a Crew Member in 2022. Zoe Loveall loves to spend her free time outdoors going on hikes and traveling to Mexico. Zoe will also not eat any other Minty Chip ice cream except for ours. We love a loyal girl! She has evolved in the company so effortlessly with her leadership skills, rockstar organization and positive attitude.

“I love the simple things including that it is women owned and led but also LOVE our core values and what it truly means to be an employee of HJC. My favorite part of my job is working hand in hand with the shop leaders and not only teaching them different leadership styles but also learning from them daily”.

We asked the style expert herself on any special ice cream scooping techniques she’d like to perhaps confess to the public, and here's what we found out:

“Start with a small amount and ball it up until it’s the perfect little scoop. Don’t forget to add the feet [the two little guys sticking out on each side on the bottom of the scoop] Tips... scoop using your arm and not your wrist always!”

She loves getting to know our newer leaders and working with our current crew members to build them up and watch them grow.

“I don’t have any kids,” Zoe says, “but seeing the young members of our teams grow into outstanding leadership is what I think it would feel like to see your kids grow up. Bittersweet and extremely rewarding”.

Her pre-work ritual consists of a yummy bacon, egg and cheese bagel [NY style, from the time she spent there] and a business podcast. Zoe’s father was in the army, so although she moved around every other year growing up, she considers Clarksville her home, though Seattle still has a piece of her heart.

Everyone is so proud of the moves you’ve been making Zoe and we can’t wait to watch you grow.
