To us, that means creating ice cream with high quality ingredients (sourced from the South when possible), served by a friendly face. Crew Members must be 16 years of age or older. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.
Shop Leaders and Team Captain applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Exceptions may be made for promotions from current Crew Member role.
