To us, that means creating ice cream with high quality ingredients (sourced from the South when possible), served by a friendly face. Crew Members generally should be 16 years of age or older.

Note for 15 Year Old Applicants:

Due to schedule limitations for applicants under 16, we take applicants from candidates that are 15 years old on a case by case basis, according to our schedule’s needs. If you are a 15 year old that is interested in a Crew Member position, fill out the application above AND acquire two reference letters from non-family members. These may be teachers, coaches, or gig job references (babysitting, lawn mowing, etc). Reference letters can be emailed to jobs@hattiejanescsreamery.com Be sure to include your name in the subject line.

Shop Leaders and Team Captain applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Exceptions may be made for promotions from current Crew Member role.

Production Team and Delivery Driver applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Exceptions may be made for production team applicants that are current Hattie Jane’s employees.
